This site is a personal, non-profit venture designed for sharing views, discussing interests and conveying information.  As such there are both private works (c) Leon T. Harrison and photos and other media which is used with or without permission.  Where permission has been granted it has not necessarily been acknowledged but is accepted as so between the concerned parties.  Where permission as not been granted the material is used, within reason as stipulated by the Copyright Act, for research purposes to display, to quote, or otherwise aid in the learning process.  Otherwise items have been acquired via freeware concept and are readily available online.

The owner can not assume any responsibility for any damage done directly or indirectly to visitors to this site, whether that be through physical damage, damage of data or otherwise.  The webmaster would recommend the following procedures for data integrity;

• defragging of your computer's hard drive regularly
• Firewall in place such as Zone Alarm
• Virus Checker and Complete anti-virus suite like AntiVirus eXpert
• do not open attachments on emails from any unknown source
• only open attachments which you are expecting
• across networks make sure suitable measures of security are taken

The owner can not independently condone or verify material which is outside the media of this site and can therefore not take responsibility for any material related to external sites to which this site may be linked, either directly, indirectly, via webrings or otherwise. 

Within reason the author will take any steps to prevent undesirable material being associated with this site.  Due to hacking, external conditions, people or technology beyond the control of the author or the Internet Provider this can not be full proof.  If you find anything objectionable either locally on site or externally which is claiming association with THS then please contact the webmaster.  Do likewise in the case of any possible IP or Copyright infringements and material will be removed wherever possible as soon as possible.

Please remember that good publicity is also not a bad thing and where a given graphic or link provides additional traffic for your company this might well be advantageous.

As the books say, any fictitious characters, works, or situations depicted in, for example, my short story bear in mind it is a work of fiction. Any similarity to real persons', situations or environments is purely coincidental. There are offensive words used in some locations on this site.  Attention is drawn to specific cases such the aforementioned short story.
